Subscriptions and cancellations
If your membership or other purchase renews automatically, use the cancellation instructions provided at checkout, in your account, or in your confirmation email. Cancellation stops future renewals once processed, but does not by itself refund a charge already made. Refunds for past charges remain subject to the terms shown when you purchased and applicable law.
Third-party offers
PROME DISCOUNTS provides access to offers and promo codes from third-party brands. Purchases made from a participating merchant, including delivery, returns, or refunds for that merchant's products and services, are handled by the merchant under its own terms. Please contact the merchant directly about those purchases. Contact us about charges made directly by PROME DISCOUNTS LLC or problems accessing our membership service.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once for a PROME DISCOUNTS membership or purchase, contact us through the Contact page with the transaction details so we can review it.
